Adam Von Sippel's Servant Summoning

((Adam must summon his servant using the incantation bellow))

Adam would casually inspect his cellar. He had moved many of the shelves to the side and had a nice area in front of him lain out. He even marked the spot he calculated his servant would appear with a red X in tape.

Walking over to his library and back to the cellar he couldn't remember where he had left his book. "Damnit! Where is that thing!?" he asked to no one in particular as he notice the book on one of the wine racks he had moved. Smiling as the stupidity of losing it he walked into position and open the book to the exact page. He had the page memorized from studying the words so much. he was sure he could recite it without the book, but wanted to be safe.

"Ahem..." Adam said clearing his throat,

He announced it with feeling he didn't even know he had.

A magical summoning circle appeared as a blue light emitted from the floor. A brilliant flash of cerulean and azure filled the air until a rather ugly color emerged from the core of the magical reaction. A figure's shadow made itself present as the light began to expand in one last brilliant pulse. Adam would be greatly blinded by the light show as he would hear footsteps. The pelt leather soles of his shoes would make firm and definite sounds as he strutted forward. Once Adam's eyesight came back, he would be greated by quite the unusual sight. Instead of seeing a warrior in armor or a monstrous creature, he found himself looking at an ordinary man. The man looked like he was in his mid twenties, he had dark dark brown hair and sharp green eyes. The only thing odd about him was his clothes as he wore a felt hat and had a walking cane in his left hand and a brown leather bound book in his right. He wore an odd looking suit with a white tie and a white vest. however, something was different about its style it was as if he walked out of a black and white movie. He looked liked something out of the roaring twenties except the style would predate even that day and age. One thing was for certain, he was not from this time.

The man looked at Adam with a nod, "Are you the one who summoned me?"

The man turned to look at his wide variety of books with a nod, "Yes you must be... only one who purveys knowledge can summon I ..... And!"

The servant began prying through Adam's library as he opened up a book quickly flipping through its contents. "Only one.... who purveys knowledge would require a use for all these books...."

Adam looked in shock at the man in front of him as he heard the excitement over the books. "Yes, I did summon you. and Knowledge is power is it not?"

"I will be very pleased to share this knowledge with you, However I request you return the favour." Adam would hold out his hand, "But where are my manners. My name is Adam von Sippel. Some people call me an encyclopedia, but I take it as quite the compliment." he would say smirking, "And you sir? What should I call you?"

The servant looked at the book's cover as he softly put it back almost ignoring Adam completely as he motioned his finger for a book to come flying off the shelf and floated in front of him. He made the book levitate as he flipped through the pages with telekinesis. "Hmm....."

Another book came flying off the shelf as he flipped through with magic.

"I suppose...you can call me caster.... I know it is stereotypical for the caster to be the weakest of the seven classes but, fear not I am the most powerful of them all." He said reflecting on the comment Adam had made, "It is true, knowledge is power. However, knowledge like power is useless unless it is exercised... What good is power or knowledge if you do not use it? You must use it for what you think is right, it is your own ideals that are refined by knowledge like a pencil sharpened to it's tip. You must also realize power is relative... The less power or the less knowledge the others have, the more you do. The way we shall conduct and march our way to victory is simply by control's knowledge and by controlling knowledge, we can control power..."

The entire time Caster was busy opening more and more books as his eyes darted from page to page muttering between breaths.

Adam watched as the memorizing display went forth and books flew by him. Amazing feat, but I guess not for a caster. The voice was familiar to him, Adam had idolized a man from history his entire life and he was about to see if his dream of meeting that man were to be true.

"Men judge generally more by the eye than by the hand, for everyone can see and few can feel. Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are." Adam would say walking over to his caster servant, "Now pardon me if I am wrong but that quote was made by you wasn't it? Your Niccolo Machiavelli aren't you?"

Machiavelli stood still for very very long time as he seemed frozen in time as if he were shocked or, perhaps because he is dead. 7 feet under the ground while Caster laughs his head off. "HAhahahahah! What? Me? Machiavelli?" The magus held his stomach as he laughed and laughed and laughed. all of the books he was holding up fell to the floor. After a little while, Caster stopped laughing as he scratched his head. "Yes... well that is a very good guess...." Caster said as he turned his attention to the library, "I suppose much of the philosophy I used is similar to that of Machiavelli's so I do not blame you.... but, if you want to know who I am..."

"You need only open a book..." Caster said as he tossed a copy of a book he had written when he was still alive that happened to be in Adam's library. The cover read Quinti Libri Mysteriorum.

Caster turned his head to his books as he faced the bookase his arms behind his back as more than a dozen books fluttered around him. in complete focus, it was clear he wanted some time to himself.

Adam grabbed the book and read, "I'm dreadfully sorry." Adam read the cover and instantly, "The Dr. John Dee?!" Adam couldn't help but jump for joy. "This is even better!" he quieted down when he had noticed he lost his composure and that John needed time to himself.

Adam would walk up to him but still stand a few feet away, "My house is yours John. You need anything take it. I have a spare room and plenty of food if your hungry, and I'd love to talk when your ready, but in the meantime I shall retire. This whole thing has left me...well...anyways good night."

Adam would walk over to the stairs. He didn't expect a reply.

((^.^ Woot! Now I do have a question how will I start taking on my dily rutine? Or do we have to wait for all players?))

(UUhhh...... Well, you guys will be starting school tommorow. this is the detective part of the show .... well kinda..... your daily routine is important for the other masters to try and ambush you alone... At school, caster will no doubtedly sense the presence of several servants. )

Adam would wake up tired, but nothing was unusual to him at the moment. He always got up really early. He turned to the clock and saw it was only a little past 1am. "Well I guess that was a good sleep, but I'm too inclined to learn more about this grail war...maybe I'll see is Dee...I mean caster is done with his reading."

Adam would walk down the stairs and notice the mark on the back of his hand. he had studied up on this in the book and he recognized them as the command seals.

Caster had built some sort of summoning circle in the middle of his library it was complicated and intensely elaborate. It was riddled with patterns, strange symbols and references. He stood in the center as he rested his weight on his cane as if he was focusing on something. His eyes opened and greeted Adam with a smile, "May i ask why you are not at rest master? I hope my experiment has awoken you... I tried to be quiet..."

Adam looked puzzled at the caster in the circle. "No I don't sleep much...but can I inquire into this?" Adam was in awe at the work.

"Oh .... I see.. this is somewhat a hobby of mine, my teacher (Nicholas Flamel) never actually taught me the secret to the philosopher's stone. I had managed to recreate the sorcerer's stone that had similar properties but, my teacher had pointed out that it wasn't the same thing. So, although I have mastered all of his teachings, I still have not created the said stone." Caster said as he changed certain things in a circle.

"But, I must admit, it seems impossible every time i come close... there's an error like an error in a computer program..." He said relating to some of Adam's books, " So, I expand my circle and make changes so that it shall run smoothly yet, in the end one error continues to appear and thus, my circle continues to expand and expand... and expand."

As Caster said the word expand, the summoning circle began to grow and grow and grow in which it reached the walls but, continued to climb up them. He sighed but grinned, "It seems pointless yet, I find myself restless thinking about it..."

Adam looked at the every growing circle. "If your talking computers then your speaking my language. If this were a program I would say you have yourself in an infinite loop of corrections. Have you tried isolating the error to compensate for its continual appearance and then working in that specific area? It would probably save you time and effort."

Adam laughed as he realized how techy he just sounded, "Sorry I love technology. It is the world of tomorrow you know, but I can try and help you with this, but I require something more urgent." Adam would walk right up to John, "As a caster do you sense servants easier than the other classes? And if so i do believe we can use that to a great advantage. This holy grail war is nothing to be taken lightly, and the wish is a very powerful tempation. That said I now simply ask what are your motives for seeking the grail?"

((I hate to double post but I'm only asking for John's wish XD))

"Well.... that's a bit of a personal question but, I suppose i would say.... There are things in my life that I..... regret.... that is why I seek the grail...." Caster said scratching his head. "I may have gifted but, I was foolish and arrogant in my ways and perhaps I still am. However, I also seek the grail for.... entertainment... to measure myself as to say where I rank in the great sorceress and wizards of the past."

Adam would smile at John. "Well as long as you past will not too much hinder you helping me in this fight then so be it, I shall not ask into it further."

Adam would look over the Caster once more. "I prefer the knowledge of both myself and another to give me a wider range of insight. Therefore I wish to ask a few questions and if you have any please don't hesitate to ask as well."

Adam would compose himself, "I would like to know as a caster if you can sense those that are magus, masters, or servants. Secondly, I believe the stakes for reveal will be high in the first few days of the war and I would prefer it if we could stay apart, but remain in contact, to draw to ourselves less attention. Lastly, all of you servants have a trump card right. What do you think would be yours?"

((srry for the questions I truly think I need to know these things before I go to school XD))

"I understand..." Caster said, "As a master, you have the right to know my capabilities. Firstly, yes, I can sense the location of servants and masters but, only within a radius of 500 meters. In addition, I can also tell what general direction all of the servants and masters are located. For what you are referring to, it is called a Noble phantasm and yes, I do have one. However, I will seldom use it and hopefully i will not have too. I'm sorry but, my noble phantasm is something... I do not wish to disclose just yet."

Adam thought for a moment. "Well then you better stay with me in spirit form then. I'd like to find my opponents before they find me."

Adam would walk away once more, "Please don't stress yourself about this John, I know for a fact stress clouds peoples minds."

Adam would walk upstair but while making some coffee he would pass out on the table. Luckily his watch is set to alarm when its time for school. ((haha can't make me too late now eric XD))

"Understood master...." Caster said taking a bow as he vanished through thin air.

On his way to school, all of Adam's elevators were out of order and by the time he would make it to his bike. There was an immense amount of traffic due to a public protest against drunk driving.
